To kick off Yoga for Bhopal Week 2020, we are delighted to announce that Meaghan Delahunt, founder of Yoga for Bhopal, has provided a Yoga Nidra recording for use by our supporters. The recording is now up on our website and will be available for the duration of the week until Sunday 27th.
Here is Meaghan’s advice for following the session:
‘The practice of Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of relaxation between waking and sleeping. It rests body and mind by using the breath and visualisation.
All you need for this short practice is to lie down, head supported by a pillow, and to make sure you are warm enough.’
