Sep 20th: Online Restorative Yoga

The session will take you through a series of gentle restorative poses suited to creating calm and relaxation at this stressful time for our lives and planet.

Sep 20th: Yoga in Naven, Ireland

On Sunday 20th September 2 – 4pm, Danny Cusack and Marion Gilsenan will be hosting a yoga event for our Yoga for Bhopal Week. The venue is, Swynnerton Lodge, Blackcastle, Navan, Co. Meath Ireland. Sep 26th: Erling’s Online Yoga Workshop

On Saturday 26th September, 10am, Erling’s Yoga will be running a two hour yoga breathing online workshop. Humans become tense in life. But if we are habitually tight, we don’t get to breathe optimally. During this workshop, Erling will teach techniques to release muscular tension. Sep 27th: Yoga for all York Online Workshop

On Sunday 27th September, be relaxed and refreshed with a restorative Iyengar yoga session suitable for all with Laura Potts, live online 4.30-6pm. You’ll need a mat and a blanket, a folded towel or yoga foam blocks, and a soft belt or sash. Also if you are local to York you can be nourished and delighted with a bag of tasty vegan Indian snacks freshly cooked and provided by Steve Holding of York’s Bishy road Pig and Pastry café. Sep 27th: Yoga Shanta Online Event

Yoga Shanta of Brighton and Hove will be running a Yoga Nidra event for our Yoga for Bhopal week on Sunday 27th September at 6pm.
