On the eve of the 28th anniversary of the Union Carbide gas tragedy in Bhopal, a young Muslim lady takes her handicapped son to a candle-lit vigil. Many Bhopali children are being born deformed after groundwater tests reveal highly toxic carcinogen levels. The former pesticide factory has never been cleaned up and there are still thousands of tons of chemistry filtering slowly through to the aquifer.
