One of the Bhopal survivors’ demands has been met! Chapter 10 of the NCert Class 8 element of the national curriculum in India uses the Bhopal disaster and its ongoing aftermath as a case study for teaching law and social justice. Getting Bhopal onto the national curriculum has long been one of the survivors’ demands.
