Reena Shadaan, a long-term volunteer to the Bhopal justice movement, has made significant contributions in both Bhopal, and in the US and Canada, and introduces the Bhopal campaign and presents an overview of women’s activism in Bhopal.

Since 2013, Reena has been Coordinating Committee member of the North American solidarity tier of the International Campaign for Justice in Bhopal (ICJB) and is now doctoral candidate in the Faculty of Environmental Studies at York University (Toronto, Canada). Her work explores gender and environmental racism, environmental health, and reproductive justice.
