Yoga for Bhopal: Positions to Try at Home

Due to the spread of the coronavirus, our regular Yoga for Bhopal program is currently on hold until our supporters are once again able to run public fundraisers and events. While the situation persists, if any practitioners are interested in running a workshop online for the benefit of those at home and to raise money for the staff currently battling coronavirus at the clinics, please do get in touch. A big thank you to everyone who has run events for us so far this year.

In the meantime, as getting regular exercise has become more challenging for those of us at home, we wanted to share some resources you can use to practice yoga on your own. The chart below features some positions practised by our practitioners at the Sambhavna clinic. Some of them will likely be familiar to you, while others may not. If you fancy trying something new do give them a go, but as always do please be careful and don’t push yourself beyond what feels comfortable. If you’re interested in getting involved in our Yoga for Bhopal program and running an event for us, either in the future or online, we’d love to hear from you. You can call us on 01273 603278 or drop us an email at [email protected]
