Colin Visits the British International School in New York

The British School in New York gets a visit from the Bhopal Medical Appeal

Last week Colin Toogood from the Bhopal Medical Appeal visited the British International School in New York to thank the students there for their fundraising efforts over the past few months. Back in June the students launched a ‘coin drive’ to raise money for the BMA which funds two clinics in Bhopal which provide the only free health care for the survivors of the 1984 gas disaster.

Colin, who speaks regularly to students at the British International School also spoke to another class to introduce them to the ongoing issues in Bhopal. He talked about Sambhavna Clinic about the Ayurvedic treatment used to help the growing number of victims of the Bhopal gas disaster and the water and land contamination around the factory.

Big thanks to the students and staff at the British International School.
