28th anniversary of the Bhopal gas disaster 3rd December 2012 Run for Bhopal Bhopal Medical Appeal

The sponsored 7km run was put on by students from the National Law Institute University (NLIU) in Bhopal to commemorate the 28th anniversary of the deadly gas disaster. The run was a huge success with around 800 runners taking part.

An inter-school poster competition accompanied the run to raise awareness of the ongoing catastrophe in Bhopal. Proceeds from the event have been donated to rehabilitation projects for survivors of the Bhopal gas disaster.
