Legal Update: Further Delays for Curative Petition

The hearing of the curative petition seeking additional compensation for victims of the Bhopal gas disaster, which was due to begin on the 11th February in the Supreme Court of India, has been delayed once again. So far no explanation has been provided as to why the petition will not appear before the Constitution Bench of 5 judges this week, and no future date set for the hearing. We will provide further updates as soon as a new date is announced.
