A Week At The Brighton Office

We are two year 10 students from Dorothy Stringer School, we have spent a week’s work experience at the Bhopal Medical Appeal.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my week at The Bhopal Medical Appeal. I found not only the subject matter of the charity interesting but I also liked learning about working in a charity and what it involves. Everyone at the Bhopal Medical Appeal has been very welcoming and therefore I have had an educational and exciting week. -Biba Piggott

Doing work experience in such a calm and friendly environment has really helped me grasp the fundamentals of charity work at it’s best. We have created promotional posters, counted stock and partaken in market research. These are all new experiences to me and so I have learnt many new things. – Teo Falchetta

After spending a week at The Bhopal Medical Appeal we both agree that in the future if the charity take on other students they will definitely have a great time.

We believe Dow & DuPont must finally accept responsibility for Bhopal. Until then, The Bhopal Medical Appeal funds two award-winning clinics in the city. Both offer free, first-class care to victims of the gas disaster or the ongoing water contamination. The survivors have nowhere else left to turn – please help if you can.
