The killer factory is silent now. Derelict.
But the poisons are still there. We have found toxic
chemicals in abandoned rooms in the plant and soil samples
taken from the surrounding area show high concentrations of
dangerous and carcinogenic chemicals.

dangerously large quantity of methyl isocyanate ruptured,
sending a cloud of poison gas out across the sleeping city
of Bhopal.
Local people are angry because there has been
no justice. The corporation escaped lightly and has
repudiated its responsibilities.
