This form gives you the option to:

1. make a one-off donation by cheque
2. make a one-off donation by credit card
3. make a regular donation via a banker's standing order
4. increase the value of your gift at no cost to yourself via the Inland Revenue’s Gift Aid scheme

Please choose one of options 1,2 and 3. Option 4 applies to all methods of donation.
